Job Responsibilities
As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, or chat, resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a way that meets or exceeds customer expectations
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions that meet customer needs
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and resolving issues in a way that meets or exceeds customer expectations
- Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products, services, and industry trends
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
- Providing feedback and suggestions for process improvements to enhance customer experience and efficiency
Key Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and other software applications
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in a retail or healthcare environment
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Experience with data analysis and reporting
- Certification in customer service or a related field
- Fluency in multiple languages
