Role Summary

As a Virtual Customer Support Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, answering their requests through phone, chat, and/or email. You will use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers to prevent issues, solve queries, and delight our customers. This is a seasonal (contractual) role that offers a competitive salary and a range of benefits, including medical insurance, pension plan, internet allowance, lifestyle benefits, and retail discounts through our arenaflex Extras program.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer customer requests through phone, chat, and/or email, providing exceptional support experiences that exceed customer expectations

  • Use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions to resolve customer queries
  • Communicate effectively with customers to prevent issues, solve queries, and delight our customers
  • Work in a high-energy environment, multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks to meet customer needs
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas to improve customer service
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* Minimum age: 18 years old

  • Have the right to work in India
  • Strong communication skills in English (both written and oral fluency)
  • Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours
  • Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e. early, late, overnight, weekend, and overtime as required)
  • Quiet, distraction-free workspace with a dedicated office space, desk, and chair
  • Minimum broadband connection of 20MB download speed and 8MB upload speed using a hard-wire ethernet internet connection (no WIFI)

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer service or a related field

  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
  • Familiarity with customer service software and tools
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
