Key Responsibilities

As a Work from Home Customer Service Coordinator at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat interactions
  • Resolving customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience or 2 years of call center experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a commitment to delivering effective solutions
  • Proficiency in using technology, including CRM systems and other software applications

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • At least 1 year of financial services experience or banking experience
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Knowledge of financial products and services, with a focus on customer needs and preferences

Work from Home Technology Requirements

To ensure a seamless and secure work experience, you will need:

  • A secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions
  • A reliable private internet connection that is not supplied via cellular data or hotspot
  • A private network that is password protected, with ownership or line of sight to every device on the network
  • Internet service provided by Cable or Fiber Internet Service Providers (ISP)
  • Hotspots and satellite services are prohibited and do not meet performance criteria required for optimal agent/customer interactions
  • ISP download speeds on VPN must be at least 5Mbps, with 10+ Mbps preferred

Work from Home Location Requirements

This role is 100% work from home, and we are unable to consider applicants who do not meet the required arenaflex Work at Home compatible internet access or who live in the states of California, Hawaii, or US territories.
