Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced golf enthusiast to join our team as a remote chat representative for titleist.com. As a remote chat representative, you'll be responsible for assisting customers, providing exceptional shopping experiences, and sharing your passion for Titleist products. If you're a golf enthusiast with a passion for sharing your knowledge and expertise, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

As a remote chat representative for titleist.com, you'll be responsible for:

• Assisting customers with their queries and providing exceptional shopping experiences
• Sharing your passion for Titleist products and services with customers
• Using Titleist golf equipment and providing expert advice to customers
• Familiarity with the Titleist site and related media/searches
• Comparing and analyzing competitor products
• Showing empathy to customers in stressful situations
• Maintaining an unwavering commitment to continuous improvement and performance excellence

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• 5+ years of golf experience
• Knowledge of the Titleist product line
• Golf club fitting experience
• Familiarity with top component brands
• Ability to engage and inspire dedicated golfers with Titleist brand and product knowledge
• Ability to explain concepts at customers' knowledge level
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to type at least 35 wpm with a strong ability to communicate clearly in text form

Technology Requirements

To perform this role, you'll need:

• A desktop or laptop with a Chrome browser (tablets and other mobile devices are not compatible at this time)
• A stable internet connection (we suggest at least a consistent 10mbps)
• Reliable sound output (this can either be through built-in computer speakers or third-party speakers or headsets)
