Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Director of Customer Success, you will be responsible for:
- Championing customer retention and growth within your designated region, identifying opportunities for expansion and developing strategies to drive business growth.
- Facilitating successful adoption of our PLM platform by subscribers, ensuring that clients achieve their desired outcomes and maximize their investment in our solutions.
- Overseeing and mentoring a team of Customer Success Managers, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and achieve their goals.
- Working in partnership with sales, professional services, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience, aligning our internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional results.
- Utilizing data and analytics to uncover opportunities for enhancement and expansion, making data-driven decisions to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Required Skills
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related technical field, with a strong understanding of product lifecycle management principles and best practices.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in customer success, account management, or a related domain within the manufacturing sector, with a proven ability in fostering customer retention and driving expansion.
- Experience in leading and developing customer-facing teams, with a strong grasp of communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in building robust relationships with clients and internal partners, with solid analytical capabilities and a data-driven approach.
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
