Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Director of Customer Success, you will be responsible for:

  • Championing customer retention and growth within your designated region, identifying opportunities for expansion and developing strategies to drive business growth.
  • Facilitating successful adoption of our PLM platform by subscribers, ensuring that clients achieve their desired outcomes and maximize their investment in our solutions.
  • Overseeing and mentoring a team of Customer Success Managers, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and achieve their goals.
  • Working in partnership with sales, professional services, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience, aligning our internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional results.
  • Utilizing data and analytics to uncover opportunities for enhancement and expansion, making data-driven decisions to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Required Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related technical field, with a strong understanding of product lifecycle management principles and best practices.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in customer success, account management, or a related domain within the manufacturing sector, with a proven ability in fostering customer retention and driving expansion.
  • Experience in leading and developing customer-facing teams, with a strong grasp of communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in building robust relationships with clients and internal partners, with solid analytical capabilities and a data-driven approach.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a comparable field, with at least 5 years of relevant experience in a customer success or management role within the manufacturing sector.
  • Demonstrable success in managing customer relationships and leading teams, with a strong track record of driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction.
