Job Summary

As a French Bilingual Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our clients. You will be responsible for handling a high volume of customer inquiries, resolving complex issues, and providing accurate information about our products and services. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in both French and English

  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Investigate and resolve billing and fraudulent activity concerns
  • Process account requests and provide guidance on product features and technical issues
  • Screen share to resolve technical issues and coordinate appointments for further troubleshooting and maintenance
  • Research articles and work instructions to efficiently resolve inquiries
  • Document notes and summarize conversation details accurately
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements

* High School Diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset

  • Fluency in both French and English (written and verbal)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Familiarity with technology and digital literacy
  • Hardwired home internet with a download speed of at least 40 mbps
  • Ability to work a minimum of 38 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience in a call center or similar environment

  • Knowledge of iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology
  • Experience with screen sharing and technical troubleshooting
