Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a full-time, part-time, or contract basis. As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in managing and processing data from our medical clients' facility portals into our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. This position requires a strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work efficiently with large volumes of information.

Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Daily data input accurately and efficiently into computer systems or databases
• Verifying and reviewing data for errors or inconsistencies and making necessary corrections
• Organizing and maintaining data files and records electronically and in hard copy
• Performing data quality checks to ensure completeness and accuracy of information
• Sorting, compiling, and processing data to generate reports, charts, and other documents
• Retrieving and extracting data from various sources or documents as required
• Collaborating with team members to resolve any data-related issues or discrepancies
• Following established procedures and guidelines for data entry and confidentiality
• Maintaining high levels of data accuracy and integrity at all times
• Adhering to deadlines and prioritizing tasks to meet productivity goals

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work efficiently with large volumes of information
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow established procedures and guidelines
