Job Summary

As a Customer Success Team Member, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the success of our clients by providing exceptional customer service, identifying and addressing their needs, and building strong relationships with our stakeholders. This is a full-time, remote opportunity with an immediate start, offering a competitive salary and a range of benefits.

Key Responsibilities

* Communicate with customers via phone or email to discuss current and new orders, resolve issues, and provide solutions

  • Create and edit sales orders, quotes, and invoices using our Sage database
  • Research and recommend apparel products and promotional items to meet customer needs
  • Answer phones and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage and grow our current customer base of over 100 schools, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Create and manage UPS shipments to ensure timely delivery
  • Represent arenaflex at conferences and events to build brand awareness and drive business growth

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a sales or account management capacity

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, such as Sage, to manage customer interactions and data
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to resolve customer issues
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the promotional products or apparel industry

  • Familiarity with UPS shipping procedures and protocols
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
