Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Greeting customers and providing a warm and welcoming experience
  • Running the register, cashiering, and making purchase suggestions to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Working with our food program to provide customers with a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, both inside and out
  • Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance to ensure seamless operations
  • Interacting with customers daily, building strong relationships, and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Collaborating with a fun and energetic team to accomplish daily tasks and goals
  • Thinking creatively to solve problems and come up with innovative solutions

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • A strong sales background, with experience in retail and customer service
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on customer service and sales
  • Motivation to advance in your career and take on new challenges
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations and technologies
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Experience in a similar role, with a focus on customer service and sales
  • Knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles
  • Ability to work in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and communication
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and come up with innovative solutions

Physical Requirements

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll need to be able to:

  • Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
  • Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
  • Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
  • Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
  • Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
  • Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination
