Job Summary
As an Experienced Full Stack Data Engineer at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining our web and cloud-based applications. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop innovative solutions that drive growth and efficiency. Your expertise in data engineering, cloud computing, and web development will enable you to make a significant impact on our organization.
Key Responsibilities
* Collect and process large, complex datasets to meet non-functional and functional business requirements
- Identify, design, and implement process enhancements, including re-designing infrastructure for greater flexibility, improving data delivery, and automating manual processes
- Build required frameworks for optimal data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) from various data sources using AWS and SQL technologies
- Develop scientific tools to utilize the data pipeline, providing valuable insights into key business performance metrics, including operational efficiency and customer acquisition
- Collaborate with partners, including data, design, product, and leadership teams, to address data-related technical issues
- Work with partners, including the Leader, Product, Data, and Configuration teams, to help their data system needs while addressing data-related technical issues
- Create or modify hardware and technology to meet client needs
- Perform other work duties as directed by Representative's Chiefs
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data engineering, cloud computing, and web development
- Strong understanding of data engineering principles, including data modeling, data warehousing, and data governance
- Experience with AWS and SQL technologies, including Amazon S3, Amazon Redshift, and Amazon DynamoDB
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, and C++
- Experience with agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering, cloud computing, and web development
- Experience with big data technologies, including Hadoop, Spark, and NoSQL databases
- Experience with containerization and orchestration, including Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms, including Google Cloud and Microsoft Azure
- Strong knowledge of data visualization tools, including Tableau and Power BI

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify complex issues and develop effective solutions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
