The Role

Key Responsibilities:

* Entering data into our systems, databases, records, and files with accuracy and speed

• Possessing excellent typing, writing, and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with team members and clients
• Summarizing data for standardized reports, ensuring clarity and precision
• Typing data directly and accurately, with a focus on minimizing errors
• Verifying data by correctly checking and comparing source documentation, ensuring accuracy and integrity
• Organizing paper formats, paper backups, and material source files as needed, maintaining a clean and organized workspace

Requirements:

* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients

• Ability to speak confidently, clearly, and professionally for voice recording data
• Prior experience handling data entry responsibilities or equivalent experience in a related field
• Self-directed and able to work without supervision, with a high level of autonomy and independence
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel spreadsheets, with the ability to create and manage complex spreadsheets
• High School Diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in mathematics and data analysis
