Job Summary

As a Remote Data Entry Associate, you will play a critical role in processing documents electronically, making outbound calls to doctors' offices, processing claims, and ensuring the transmission of processed data to the appropriate next level. You will work independently and as part of a team to provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

* Process documents electronically, including sorting, imaging, and archiving by form type

  • Make outbound calls to doctors' offices, as volume permits
  • Process claims and verify data from automated data extraction tools
  • Ensure transmission of processed data to the appropriate next level
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including complying with all policies and standards
  • Work independently and as part of a team to provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients

Position Requirements

* High School Diploma or equivalency

  • Proficiency in MS Office, Teams, Outlook, and Word
  • Must have a secure workspace with high-speed internet
  • Must be able to pass a typing test
  • Must be able to sit for long periods of time and be willing to work overtime if needed
  • Well-organized with strong computer typing skills for effective note-taking
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong data entry skills
  • Experience with computers and navigating through application software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be available to work weekends and holidays if required

Training and Development

* Mandatory paid training for 2-3 weeks

  • Starting pay: $14.50 during training, then moved to production-based rate
  • Training shift hours: Monday-Friday, 6:00 am-2:30 pm EST
  • Production hours: 2nd shift, 3:00 pm-11:30 pm EST, with possible overtime

* Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, including location, experience, and performance

  • In addition to base pay, this position may be eligible for a bonus or incentive
