The Role

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, responsible for fielding customer inquiries, providing innovative solutions, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role requires a strong and diverse skillset, including excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. You'll work in a collaborative remote environment, leveraging cutting-edge technology and tools to drive success.

Responsibilities

* Handle and carefully respond to all customer inquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolution

  • Provide excellent customer service through active listening, empathy, and effective communication
  • Work with confidential customer information and treat it sensitively, adhering to arenaflex's data protection policies
  • Aim to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive, using problem-solving skills and creative thinking
  • Appropriately communicate with customers, using clear and concise language to ensure understanding
  • Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues, using conflict resolution techniques and negotiation skills
  • Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate, ensuring seamless handovers and effective resolution
  • Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, using data analysis and reporting tools
  • Provide feedback on call issues, identifying areas for improvement and suggesting solutions
  • Upsell if required, using persuasive communication and sales techniques

Requirements

* Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment, using technology and tools to stay connected and productive

  • 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or customer-facing role
  • Over 18 years of age, with a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to type 25 words per minute, with accuracy and speed
  • High school graduate or GED, with a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Comfort with desktop computer systems, including Windows operating systems and software applications
  • Proven oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and solutions
  • Ability to recognize referral needs for customers, using data analysis and reporting tools
  • Ability to work in an environment free from paper and electronics (outside of arenaflex-provided equipment)
  • Ability to have a dedicated workspace free of distractions, with a stable internet connection and necessary equipment

Nice-to-Haves

* 6 months of call center experience, with a strong understanding of call center operations and technology

  • Logical problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop creative solutions
  • Availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to use Windows operating systems, with a strong foundation in computer skills and software applications
  • Organization and work prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
