Job Summary
We're seeking an entry-level Remote Chat Agent to join our customer support team. As a Remote Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat, answering customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner
- Resolving customer issues and concerns with empathy and understanding
- Providing accurate information about products and services
- Utilizing problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction and chat performance metrics
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 0-2 years of customer service experience (chat experience a plus)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Basic knowledge of computer software and technology
- Strong attention to detail and customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:
- Experience with chat software and technology
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Certification in customer service (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative)
- Experience working in a call center or customer service environment

Available Shifts and Compensation
Available shifts are all days except Sundays, and compensation ranges from $20.00 to $54.00 per hour.
