Job Summary

As a Part-time Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for responding to and resolving inbound customer requests related to bank products and services. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing professional and courteous support to ensure their needs are met. Your role will involve:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email
  • Resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Building and retaining customer relationships through effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Collaborating with other departments to identify processes and procedures that can be improved to enhance customer experiences

Essential Qualifications
