Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for homeowners seeking assistance with our innovative smart home systems. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Serving as the initial point of contact via telephone for homeowners needing support with their smart home systems
- Answering, screening, and forwarding all incoming support requests, both during and outside regular business hours
- Escalating incoming calls to the support team or notating for follow-up based on client eligibility
- Maintaining the ticketing system, ensuring accurate documentation of all support events
