Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional service and education to clients, answering inbound calls and tackling complex issues to offer the best possible solution
- Learn about investment strategies, trading tools, market mechanics, and retirement choices to educate clients and provide informed guidance
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and to provide personalized solutions and recommendations
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and to provide seamless service
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals, including client satisfaction, first-call resolution, and sales targets
Essential Qualifications
* Ability to work full-time on-site during arenaflex's training program, followed by a hybrid work schedule
- Ability to work various shifts to serve clients 24/7, including overnight and weekend availability
- Strong communication, influencing, and client engagement skills
- Ability to adapt to changes in the market and business
- Eagerness to learn about finance and the securities industry
- Passion for serving clients and making a positive difference in their lives
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a financial services or related industry
- Previous client relationship experience, preferably in a financial services or related industry
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, or related field from an accredited university
- Ability to navigate multiple computer applications and software systems
- Desire to be part of a supportive and collaborative team
- Shown success in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
