Job Description

As an Entry-Level Remote Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our customers. You'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service via phone, email, and chat, troubleshooting and resolving customer issues related to arenaflex products and services, and guiding customers through product setup, usage, and basic troubleshooting procedures.
