The role involves identifying and securing profitable real estate investment opportunities through lead generation, negotiation, and relationship building.
Responsibilities
- Utilize our built-out CRM system and provided leads to identify potential real estate investments
- Engage property owners, real estate agents, and industry professionals to build a strong network of leads
- Negotiate and secure favorable purchase agreements for off-market properties
- Execute effective strategies to acquire properties at competitive prices
- Maintain ongoing communication with leads, ensuring continuous deal flow
- Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Receive comprehensive real estate training, including potential reimbursement for your real estate license course
- Work closely with the owner of Range Property Group, Stephanie Seibert, to enhance your skills and knowledge
