Order Management Specialist

Siemens is a global technology company focused on industry, infrastructure, transport, and healthcare. They are seeking an Order Management Specialist to review and process incoming orders, track project timelines, and support customer-facing models/drawings utilizing Revit/BIM Power application.

Responsibilities

  • Processing incoming orders including clean order review, scheduling detail, & layout drawings
  • Create and/or assist customers with models/drawings in Revit/BIMPower
  • Work in a Team centered environment to meet customer expectations
  • Provide routine technical support to customers and sales team
  • Assist in the coordination of activities with internal departments
  • Identifies and resolves semi-complex problems
  • Learn and apply knowledge of Siemens products and processes
  • Prioritize workload independently for effective time management
  • Handle multiple projects
  • Participate in onsite visitations to help customers design and/or troubleshoot busway system layout

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience
  • 2D & 3D modeling experience utilizing Autodesk Revit
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to accommodate 10% travel
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office applications)
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
  • Technical knowledge of electrical products and systems
  • SAP experience
  • Experience in a Customer-facing role in a manufacturing environment
