[Remote] Deal Desk Specialist

The Deal Desk Specialist will manage and optimize the sales deal process, ensuring efficient deal structuring and execution while collaborating with various departments.

Responsibilities

• Advise sales on complex deal structures, pricing models, and contract terms
• Manage end-to-end deal process including quote and contract creation, review, and approval
• Support non-standard deal requests and guide sales reps through approvals
• Resolve deal-related escalations
• Develop and maintain Deal Desk playbooks and training materials
• Validate pricing strategies and ensure contracts comply with policies and legal standards
• Use CRM tools to track agreements, manage deal progress, and generate performance reports
• Ensure accuracy of SalesForce data, CPQ workflows, and SKU creation
• Identify and implement improvements in operational workflows
• Train field sales teams on best practices and new processes

Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Finance, or Deal Desk
• Proficient with Salesforce, CPQ tools (e.g., Salesforce CPQ), and contract management systems
• Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure
• Experience in SaaS, technology, or software industry in operational or data analyst roles
