[Remote] Software Engineer, Growth (All Levels)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Pomelo Care is a leading virtual medical practice focused on redefining healthcare for women and children. They are seeking a Software Engineer for the Growth team to enhance patient outreach and engagement through innovative AI-driven solutions and collaboration with data teams.
Responsibilities
- Prototype and build features to improve our patient outreach and automated re-engagement platform
- Test and iterate on voice agents to streamline patient onboarding
- Improve our AI-generated messaging framework and expand into new communication modalities
- Own large product areas end-to-end, with the opportunity to build net-new products from scratch
- Partner with data science to analyze engagement patterns and turn insights into product improvements
Skills
- You have a strong foundation in computer science, typically from a bachelor's or master's degree, or equivalent professional experience
- You have experience building and shipping high-quality software, ideally in growth, engagement, or outreach-oriented products
- You're comfortable working across the full stack and moving between frontend, backend, and data tooling
- You're excited about applying AI and LLMs to real product problems, not just experimenting with them
- You're keeping up with trends in LLM coding agents to multiply your engineering impact
- You enjoy rapid experimentation and are comfortable with ambiguity
- Have experience building outreach, messaging, or communication systems at scale
- Have worked with voice AI, conversational agents, or similar technologies
- Have experience with data pipelines, analytics, or experimentation frameworks
- Have previously worked in a fast-paced, product-oriented environment
