ENTRUST Solutions Group is a leader in engineering services for gas and electric utilities, seeking to hire a Design Engineer I. This role involves working on critical utility projects, leveraging technical expertise to ensure designs meet project specifications, and collaborating with Designers and Drafters to complete design packages.
Responsibilities
- Drive the design, upgrade, and maintenance of critical utility systems
- Communicate challenges related to scope, schedule, and quality
- Collaborate with Designers and Drafters to complete design packages
- Leverage technical expertise to ensure designs meet project specifications
Skills
- Bachelor of Science degree in engineering from an accredited institution
- Located near a Minneapolis, MN, Cincinnati, OH, Chicago, IL or Austin, TX ENTRUST office and willing to work a combination of from home and in the office, as needed
- Must have a valid driver's license without restrictions for occasional fieldwork and site visits
- Civil, mechanical, or industrial engineering major
- EIT certification
