Robotic Service Technician

The Robotic Field Service Technician will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair robotic systems, providing on-site and remote support to customers while collaborating with engineering teams for equipment integration.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on robotic systems, handling mechanical, electrical, and control/programming issues effectively
• Provide on-site and remote support, offering customers guidance on operations, upgrades, and best practices
• Assist with installing and commissioning new automation equipment, collaborating with engineering and programming teams for smooth integration
• Document activities and recommend preventive measures to avoid issues
• Stay updated on the latest robotics advancements through ongoing training

Skills

• Experience in field service or technical support, ideally in robotics or automation
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and control systems
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to flexible schedules with some travel
• Certifications in robotics, automation, or related fields are a plus
