What We Need

Corpay is currently looking to hire an Internal Mobility Partner within our Talent Acquisition team. This position falls under our Human Resources function and is located in Philippines. In this role, you will build, operationalize, and scale our internal talent marketplace—partnering with leaders and Talent Acquisition to match current employees to growth opportunities, reduce time‑to-fill, and strengthen retention. You will report directly to Global Director of Talent Acquisition, Operations and regularly collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HRBPs, People Analytics, L&D, Compensation and business leadership.

How We Work

As an Internal Mobility Partner, Corpay will set you up for success by providing:

  • This is a remote role located in the Philippines
  • Company‑issued equipment
  • Formal, hands on training on our HRIS, ATS, and talent analytics tools

Role Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Possessing an entrepreneurial/ownership approach to the overall Internal Mobility Program
  • Designing and managing the internal mobility process end‑to‑end (eligibility, posting, application, selection, and feedback), ensuring fairness, transparency, and great employee experience
  • Consulting and coaching managers and employees on career paths, skills adjacency, and lateral/vertical moves, promoting a “skills‑first” mindset
  • Partnering and aligning with Talent Acquisition, HRBPs, and L&D to surface internal pipelines before engaging external sourcing
  • Building and curating internal talent pools and succession slates for priority roles and critical capabilities
  • Driving and tracking internal posting SLAs, employee outreach, and hiring manager engagement to minimize time‑to-fill
  • Implementing and iterating mobility policies (e.g., eligibility windows, notice periods), balancing business continuity with development opportunities
  • Leveraging and maintaining HRIS/ATS and talent marketplace data to identify skills gaps and internal supply, using insights to recommend actions
  • Orchestrating and facilitating internal career events (spotlights, skills clinics, career weeks) and targeted outreach campaigns
  • Partnering and calibrating with Compensation to ensure equitable offers for internal moves and adherence to pay transparency standards
  • Measuring and reporting mobility KPIs, telling the story through dashboards and quarterly readouts to leader
  • Championing and embedding inclusive mobility practices that widen access to opportunities across locations and underrepresented groups
  • Ensuring and auditing compliance with applicable policies, SOPs, data privacy, and legal requirements for internal candidates

Qualifications & Skills

  • 5+ years in Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering, Workforce Management or Talent Management with direct experience driving internal mobility or succession programs
  • Demonstrated experience advising managers and employees on career moves and development paths
  • Strong skills in HRIS/ATS reporting and comfort analyzing talent and pipeline data (e.g., time‑to-fill, conversion, equity)
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with a consultative, solutions‑oriented approach, inclusive of the capability to present
  • Proven ability managing multiple requisitions/programs with urgency and attention to detail
  • Experience working in a global, matrixed organization

Preferred

  • Experience with Workday
  • Background partnering with L&D on skills frameworks, rotational/intern programming, and career architecture
  • Knowledge navigating compensation structures and offer processes for internal moves
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
