Sales Representative - India & Pakistan Markets

- Achieve sales targets and KPIs for assigned territories
- Develop and execute market penetration strategies

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis in India and Pakistan
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities in wound care sector
- Provide market feedback and insights to support product positioning
- Support regulatory and market access initiatives
- Maintain ongoing communication with established distributor partners

- Monitor distributor performance and sales metrics
- Resolve issues related to product distribution and customer satisfaction
- Education: University degree mandatory (Bachelor's minimum)
- Location: Must be currently residing in a major Indian city (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, or Kolkata)
- Industry Experience: Minimum 3+ years proven experience in selling wound care products
- Language Skills: Fluent in English and Hindi; additional local languages preferred
- Sales Track Record: Demonstrated success in pharmaceutical/medical device sale
- Company Experience: Former experience with Smith & Nephew, ConvaTec, Mölnlycke, Coloplast, or other leading wound care companies is a significant advantage
- Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of Indian and Pakistani healthcare systems
- Distributor Network: Existing relationships with wound care/dermatology distributors
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with Indian medical device regulations (CDSCO)
- Experience with diabetic foot care products
- Knowledge of hospital procurement processes
- Previous remote sales experience
- MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Cultural sensitivity and understanding of local business practices
- Results-oriented with proven ability to meet sales targets
