Customer Service Specialist (Part-time) - fully remote within USA (m/f/d)
Your Role:
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be a key player in delivering top-tier support across email and social media channels. Your communication skills will help us connect authentically with customers, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain a positive brand presence across our platforms.
You’ll be the voice of the brand-empathetic, knowledgeable, and responsive.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email
- Monitor and engage with our community on social media platforms using Sprinklr
- Deliver timely, empathetic, and professional support to resolve customer concerns
- Escalate complex cases to the appropriate internal teams when needed
- Uphold our brand voice and community guidelines in all public interactions
- Contribute to a positive customer experience that reinforces trust and satisfaction
- Fluent in English, with excellent written communication
- 1–2+ years of experience in customer support or community management
- A strong customer-first mindset and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Zendesk or similar customer service platforms
- Familiarity with Sprinklr or other community/social media management tools
- Proficiency in additional languages such as Spanish, Italian, French, German, or Portuguese
