Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry & Claims Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Accurately processing and managing claims data, ensuring alignment with established procedures and timelines.
  • Making routine decisions based on discretion, escalating significant matters as necessary.
  • Maintaining accurate, up-to-date member records, confirming eligibility and effective dates for benefits.
  • Applying policy provisions effectively and handling sensitive customer data with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness to customer needs, ensuring high-quality service in all tasks.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Qualifications & Skills:

+ Education: High School Diploma or GED required. + Experience: No prior experience required. On-the-job training will be provided. + Skills: - Ability to perform repetitive tasks with precision and speed. - High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. - Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). - Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

Working Hours:

+ Flexible work schedule with full-time availability required to meet deadlines and respond to customer needs.

+ Remote (Available anywhere in the U.S.)
