Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Loader, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing excellent customer service by engaging with customers in a helpful and polite manner, offering guidance and solving issues they may have.
• Obtaining, transporting, and re-stocking merchandise to ensure seamless shopping experiences.
• Providing safe and dependable assistance in moving merchandise for all parties, including customers and store staff.
• Loading merchandise into customers' vehicles and restocking shelves for upcoming shoppers.
• Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.

Travel Requirements

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• Ability to lift 25 pounds unassisted, with the capability to lift more with or without aid.
• Physical stamina to perform job duties that may require extended periods of standing, sitting, or other physical activities.
• Ability to engage in job duties that may require working in a fast-paced environment with a high level of customer interaction.
• Basic computer skills, including data inputting, modifying, accessing, and outputting.
• Experience using widely-used retail technology equipment, such as smartphones and tablets.
• Ability to obtain sales-related licensure or registration, if required.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

• Six months of experience in the retail sector, preferably in a home improvement or hardware retailer.
• Experience working in a retail environment, with a focus on customer service and sales.
• Ability to inspect, relocate, load, and discharge materials or goods from transportation modes.
• Experience with retail merchandising, including Zone Recovery, stocking, down stocking, facing/fronting product, pricing, maintaining signage, and housekeeping.
