Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team and contribute to the success of our marketing efforts. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for creating and accumulating standard and ad-hoc marketing reports, analyzing data from various sources, and providing insights to inform business decisions. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

* Create and accumulate standard and ad-hoc marketing reports to drive business growth and improve customer experiences

• Analyze data from various sources, including internal and external data, to identify trends and insights
• Develop and maintain databases to manage data for new reports and ensure data quality and accuracy
• Collaborate with data suppliers to ensure source data quality and effectiveness
• Present report findings to stakeholders and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
• Provide support to sales teams with questions related to processes, agreements, devices, and assets
• Work with cross-functional teams to improve product portfolio and cycles
• Maintain, update, and improve assets and data available on SCOUT, UPS.com, and Item Knowledgebase
• Apply data analysis and arrangement age information to perform routine investigation and report findings
• Apply issue definition and organizing information to identify key variables behind essential issues and propose solutions
• Conduct client business cycle examination to understand client business processes and describe client benefits through the use of UPS arrangements

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

• Three (3) years of experience in marketing, data analysis, or a related field
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

• Experience working in a marketing or data analysis role in a private sector company
• Knowledge of data analysis tools and software, such as SQL, Python, or R
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer experiences
