Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Participating in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports to ensure seamless customer interactions

Key Responsibilities:

* Participate in national and local paid focus groups, clinical trials, and phone interviews

  • Show up at least 10 minutes prior to discussion start time
  • Participate by completing written and oral instructions
  • Complete written survey provided for each panel
  • MUST actually use products and/or services, if provided, and be ready to discuss prior to meeting date

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A strong and diverse skillset, with a focus on customer service and communication
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
  • A reliable internet connection and a smart phone with a working camera or webcam on desktop/laptop
  • Desire to fully participate in one or several of the above topics

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment

  • Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Experience working with diverse customer populations and cultures
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Compensation

* £55-£120 (per 1 hour session)
