Job Overview
As a Loan Services Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued clients, handling incoming communications related to our diverse loan products. You will be responsible for providing accurate information, assisting clients with questions about loan products, terms, conditions, and application procedures, and guiding clients through the loan application process. This is an excellent opportunity to engage with clients, address their inquiries, and resolve issues pertaining to our loan offerings and application processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage inbound communications by responding to phone calls, emails, and other inquiries regarding our loan services.

- Guide clients through the loan application process by explaining required documentation and outlining subsequent steps.
- Address issues or concerns clients may have regarding their loan accounts, payments, and transactions.
- Ensure timely follow-up on customer requests and questions to enhance their experience.

Required Skills
* 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in loan services, banking, or financial services.
