Job Summary
As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting our warehouse operations and customer support teams. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Data Entry and Order Management: Accurately and efficiently enter customer orders, manage inventory, and track shipments.
- Warehouse Operations: Assist with receiving, stocking, and shipping merchandise, as well as maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels, including tracking expiration dates and managing stock levels.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all orders are accurately packed and shipped, and that customer expectations are met.
Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in data entry, customer support, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic math skills and ability to count and manage inventory
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
