Job Summary

As a Customer Success Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-touch customers, providing exceptional service, and driving business growth. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, resolving issues, and providing solutions to ensure their satisfaction and success. This role requires a strong skillset in customer service, problem-solving, and communication, with a focus on delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Remotely manage a portfolio of high-touch customers, providing exceptional service and support via phone calls, emails, and real-time chat features

• Resolve service problems by clarifying customer issues, determining causes, and selecting and explaining the best solutions to solve problems
• Manage escalations with empathy and professionalism, ensuring timely and effective resolution
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to champion client feedback and questions, driving continuous improvement and growth
• Analyze customer needs and recommend potential growth strategies to drive business expansion
• Communicate with internal operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
• Provide regular updates to property management groups regarding services provided each day

Requirements

* 2+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment

• Proven track record of delivering exceptional service and driving business growth
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
• Ability to work in a remote setting, with minimal supervision and high levels of autonomy
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to document and track customer interactions and issues
• Conflict resolution and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage difficult customer situations
