Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Developing customer success metrics and executing account strategies to drive growth and satisfaction
  • Building trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded
  • Scheduling and attending virtual meetings using Zoom and other platforms to stay connected with clients and colleagues
  • Monitoring, identifying, and mitigating account-level risks and up-sell opportunities, aligning product and customer roadmaps to deliver exceptional results
  • Presenting to families different benefits programs, enrolling new clients, and opening new accounts to drive business growth
  • Overseeing and prioritizing each customer in your portfolio to ensure timely and effective support

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A passion for helping others and a strong desire to make a positive impact

Must be a US or Canadian citizen

* Proven ability to work as a productive team member, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Self-motivation and a strong work ethic, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency with computers and Zoom (although not required, it's a plus!)
  • The ability to form and grow solid relationships with your client accounts, building trust and loyalty over time
