Our client is seeking an experienced and professional Real Estate Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of properties in Delhi, Delhi . This role is essential for ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and profitability of the properties under management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of property management principles, tenant relations, and market trends in the real estate sector. Responsibilities include managing tenant leasing activities, conducting property inspections, overseeing maintenance and repair work, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and lease agreements. You will be the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering positive relationships. Financial management is a key aspect of this role, involving rent collection, budget management, and preparing financial reports. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational skills, strong negotiation abilities, and a proactive approach to property upkeep and tenant satisfaction. Experience in marketing vacant units, screening potential tenants, and managing lease agreements is vital. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle challenging situations effectively. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations of assigned real estate properties. Oversee tenant relations, including leasing, move-ins, and issue resolution. Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with standards. Coordinate and supervise maintenance, repairs, and capital improvement projects. Manage rent collection, budgets, and financial reporting for properties. Market vacant units and screen prospective tenants. Negotiate lease agreements and ensure adherence to terms. Ensure properties comply with all legal and safety regulations. Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants, vendors, and stakeholders. Maximize property value and profitability. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in property management. Strong understanding of real estate principles and market dynamics. Knowledge of landlord-tenant laws and regulations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in property management software and MS Office Suite. Ability to manage budgets and financial reporting. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Real estate license is a plus.
