This role is crucial in leading the evolution and scalability of an Enterprise Design System, impacting user experiences across various products and platforms. Your expertise will bridge design and development, ensuring high-quality and accessible front-end Figma components. Collaboration will be key as you work with cross-functional teams to create resilient and composable assets, guiding how digital experiences are shaped.   • Architect, maintain, and evolve a Figma component library that powers multiple products.
  • Establish and document scalable UI patterns, accessibility standards, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure smooth integration between Figma libraries and codebases.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize performance, improve usability, and streamline design system workflows.
  • Adopt emerging Figma features and front-end innovations.
  • Act as a bridge between design and development, ensuring seamless translation from concept to implementation.
  • Communicate effectively in collaborative, cross-functional environments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or related field.
  • 5 years of proven success leading or architecting a component library in a global or enterprise-scale environment.
  • Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD, and modular UI frameworks.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Expertise in design systems, component libraries, and front-end architecture.
  • Strong understanding of scalable UI patterns, responsive design, and WCAG accessibility standards.
  • Proficiency in React, Angular, or other modern front-end frameworks.
  • Skilled with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
