About the Role

We're seeking an experienced and strategic Senior PMM to lead our product marketing function. In this high-impact role, you will own the go-to-market strategy, messaging, and positioning for Teramind’s solutions. You will collaborate cross-functionally to drive product adoption, market leadership, and revenue growth

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new and existing products, driving product adoption and market share.
  • Craft compelling messaging, positioning, and value propositions that differentiate Teramind.
  • Lead the creation of sales enablement tools, including pitch decks, battlecards, product sheets, and competitive analyses.
  • Partner with Product Management to deeply understand the product roadmap, customer needs, and market trends.
  • Drive product launches, coordinating cross-functional teams across marketing, sales, product, and customer success.
  • Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to inform product strategy and identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with demand generation and content teams to develop campaigns, webinars, case studies, and thought leadership assets.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and spokesperson for Teramind at industry events, webinars, and with analysts.
  • Track and analyze key metrics to measure product marketing effectiveness and inform continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of product marketing experience in high-tech/B2B SaaS.
  • Proven success in building and executing go-to-market strategies for complex technology products (required).
  • Deep understanding of the cybersecurity industry, trends, and buyer personas (strongly preferred).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; skilled at translating technical features into customer-centric benefits.
  • Demonstrated experience developing sales enablement materials and launching new products.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Native English
  • Ability to travel as needed for events, customer meetings, and team collaboration.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience marketing cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise IT solutions.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot
  • Experience working with distributed teams across multiple time zones.
