Experienced Customer Service Manager – Bedding Product Expert (Remote Overnight Shift)

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Manager, you'll be responsible for:

Customer Service

+ Provide timely and effective customer service via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a positive and helpful attitude at all times. + Respond to all email and chat inquiries within 30 minutes, resolving customer inquiries and issues with empathy and professionalism. + Assist with order processing, returns, and exchanges, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. + Communicate clearly and effectively with customers in American English, both verbally and in writing.

Product Expertise

+ Become a thorough expert on our bedding client's product line, including materials, features, benefits, and care instructions. + Confidently answer product-related questions and provide recommendations to customers, staying up-to-date on new product launches and promotions.

Team Management (If Applicable)

+ Lead and motivate a team of customer service representatives, ensuring they adhere to the 30-minute response time for email and chat inquiries. + Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Additional Responsibilities

+ Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current on industry trends and best practices. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in American English, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Customer Focus: A genuine desire to help customers and provide exceptional service, with a passion for delivering outstanding results.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to analyze and resolve customer issues efficiently, thinking critically and creatively to find solutions.
  • Product Knowledge: A quick learner with the ability to become an expert on our bedding client's products, staying up-to-date on new product launches and promotions.
  • Organization: Strong organizational and time management skills to juggle multiple responsibilities, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Time Management: The ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines, especially the 30-minute response time requirement.
  • Leadership Skills: (If applicable) The ability to lead and inspire a team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

Preferred Qualifications

* Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the bedding or home goods industry.

  • Previous experience managing a team, with a proven track record of success.
  • Familiarity with our bedding client's products and services.
