Job Summary

As a Patient Care Advocate at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service to our patients. You'll be the first point of contact for patients, responding to phone inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing empathetic support. Your expertise will help patients navigate their pharmacy benefits, understand their medication, and make informed decisions about their healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to patient phone inquiries in a timely and empathetic manner

  • Provide clear and concise information about pharmacy benefits, medication, and healthcare services
  • Use expert listening skills to identify patient concerns and address them effectively
  • Document patient interactions in real-time, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve patient concerns and escalate issues as necessary
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory changes, and best practices in patient care

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or GED required

  • College degree or Junior College degree with a healthcare focus preferred
  • 1 year of relevant customer care experience
  • Intermediate to Advanced PC knowledge
  • Ability to navigate multiple screens and systems
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Flexibility to work specified shift and extended hours as necessary

Preferred Qualifications
