What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

As a Care Specialist (Customer Support) at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting Family Interviews: Assess and understand care needs, schedules, and job requirements through in-depth family interviews.
  • Providing Education and Guidance: Share your expertise and knowledge with clients and their families, offering education and guidance on best practices in the caregiving industry.

What is Required (Qualifications)

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as human services or child care.
  • 2-4+ Years of Client Service Experience: A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in client service, preferably in a human services or child care field.
  • High Emotional Intelligence and Communication Skills: Exceptional emotional intelligence, strong communication skills (written and verbal), and the ability to build trust with clients and their families.
  • Multi-Tasking, Organizational, and Time Management Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
