Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional support to our valued customers. Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or remote environment

  • Attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality in every interaction
  • Technical proficiency, with experience using CRM systems and other customer service tools
