Job Summary

As a Full Stack Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to drive business growth and optimize our digital products. You'll work closely with our E-Commerce team to develop and implement data-driven solutions that meet our business objectives. Your expertise will help us make informed decisions, identify areas for improvement, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Translate data into insights: You'll analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that inform business decisions.

• Develop and maintain reports: You'll create and maintain reports, dashboards, and other data visualizations to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams: You'll work closely with our E-Commerce team, Product group, Revenue Analytics, Marketing, Ancillaries, and IT to develop and implement data-driven solutions.
• Error evaluation and analysis: You'll conduct error evaluation and analysis of all virtual products to identify areas for improvement.
• Ad-hoc projects and analysis: You'll conduct ad-hoc projects, reviews, and analyses as required by senior management.
• Present insights and recommendations: You'll present insights and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders, using data visualizations and storytelling techniques to communicate complex ideas.

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Business, or related field: You'll have a strong foundation in data analysis, statistics, and computer science.

• 3-5 years of experience in E-Commerce and Digital Analytics: You'll have a proven track record of delivering value through data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills: You'll be able to analyze complex data sets, identify patterns and trends, and develop creative solutions to business problems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: You'll be able to communicate complex ideas to stakeholders, build relationships with cross-functional teams, and work collaboratively to achieve business objectives.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities: You'll be able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

* Google Analytics certifications: You'll have a strong understanding of Google Analytics, including GA4, and be able to leverage this expertise to drive business growth.

• Experience with Google Tag Manager: You'll have experience with Google Tag Manager and be able to leverage this expertise to optimize our digital products.
• Experience with other reporting and analytics tools: You'll have experience with other reporting and analytics tools, including Content Square, Dynatrace, and Noibu.
• Knowledge of coding and design principles: You'll have a strong understanding of coding and design principles, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience in Azure Dev Ops: You'll have experience in Azure Dev Ops and be able to leverage this expertise to optimize our digital products.
