Job Type and Working Hours
This part-time remote job offers flexible hours, approximately 20-25 hours per week, with shifts available between 8 AM and 8 PM EST. As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information about products and services, resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely manner, and maintaining customer records by updating account information.
