Key Responsibilities:
* Design, build, and maintain large-scale data pipelines to support business growth and decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-value insights and drive business outcomes
- Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and analysts to develop and implement data-driven solutions
- Develop and maintain data processing and analytics tools, including data ingestion, transformation, and storage
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and security, adhering to arenaflex's data governance policies and standards
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment of data engineering projects
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in data engineering and analytics
Essential Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data engineering, software development, or a related field
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or Scala
- Experience with big data technologies, including Hadoop, Spark, and NoSQL databases
- Familiarity with data processing frameworks, such as Apache Beam or Apache Flink
- Knowledge of data storage solutions, including relational and NoSQL databases
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering, software development, or a related field
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure
- Familiarity with containerization technologies, such as Docker or Kubernetes
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools, including continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD)
- Experience with data governance and compliance frameworks, such as GDPR or HIPAA
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to mentor and guide junior team members
