Job Summary

We're seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Entry Level Remote Chat Support Agent to join our Customer Support team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers through live chat, addressing their questions, guiding them to products or services, and providing information on promotions and discounts. Key Responsibilities

As an Entry Level Remote Chat Support Agent, you'll be responsible for:

  • Engaging with customers through live chat, addressing their questions, and providing timely and accurate responses
  • Guiding customers to products or services that meet their needs, and providing information on promotions and discounts
  • Ensuring a positive customer experience by delivering exceptional service and contributing to customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborating with our team to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed and accurate responses
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Access to a computer or mobile device with the capability to use social media and website chat functions
  • The ability to work independently, follow detailed instructions, and commit to at least 10 hours weekly, primarily from Monday to Thursday during high-volume periods
  • A reliable internet connection
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles or call centers
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and live chat platforms
  • Experience with social media and online platforms
