Your Role

Your Key Responsibilities

Who We're Looking For
* You hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
- You are proficient in typing (50+ WPM) and comfortable using various computer applications.
- You have at least one year of experience in a call center environment handling high call volumes.
- You consistently achieve high QA/KPI scores (90% or higher).
- You are experienced with CRM software; knowledge of the home service industry is a plus but not essential.
