Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Support Representative to join our team in a remote capacity. Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.

  • Previous customer service experience is beneficial but not required.
