Responsibilities

As a Social Media Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Monitoring and responding to customer inquiries, comments, and feedback across arenaflex's social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, ensuring a positive and seamless customer experience.
  • Addressing customer concerns, troubleshooting issues, and escalating complex inquiries as needed.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and communicate updates or solutions effectively.
  • Proactively identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in customer interactions and feedback.
  • Staying up-to-date with arenaflex's brand and content, as well as industry trends and best practices in social media customer support.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
  • Proficiency in navigating and engaging with social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • The ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's brand and content is a plus.
