Your Responsibilities

As a Telephony Customer Service Advisor - Banking at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for all customers in the bank, providing a professional, friendly, and efficient service on the telephone. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide quality conversations to ensure customer satisfaction.
